All our drivers are CRB checked and registered with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council. All drivers are polite, courteous and of smart appearance. We also have local knowledge "second to none", so if you need any advice or information on the local area, please do not hesitate to ask your driver. All vehicles are routinely checked, maintained and kept in clean condition.
 
 
 
We cater for everyone from business travellers to holidaymakers, making sure your transfer runs smoothly and most importantly on time.
 
 
The service we offer is a private door to door transfer for the number of passengers you have booked.We monitor all flight arrivals for a confirmed landing time.
 
We only use official information.
 
 
If your flight is either early, or delayed we will meet you at the new confirmed time, thus waiving any waiting time charges.
 
If your flight is cancelled in advance, we will wait for further instructions from you. (ie new flight number / time)
 
 
We will meet you in the arrivals hall, usually 25-30 minutes after the flight has been confirmed to land (unless otherwise agreed).
 
We will send you a confirmation text message (for those who have mobile phones) on flight arrivals, to let you know we are waiting ( for peace of mind ).
 
We will use a greeting board to display a name of your choice.
 
 
We also cater for all major social, sporting and corporate events such as; Royal Ascot, The Epsom Derby, Twickenham, Wembley, The Henley Regatta, West End Theatre trips, Concerts, etc.
 
 All destinations available on request.

A. We operate 24 hours a day, all year around.

A. There is NO VAT applicable on this type of transfer.
 
 
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
